1. Benefits
VIP customers with “DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP” are entitled to exclusive Customer Service (CSKH) benefits provided by V-ITALY as follows:
• An immediate discount of 5% on all orders.
• Access to all benefits that the company currently offers to regular customers.
• Priority maintenance and servicing by a team of high-level technical specialists, with inspections twice a year.
• Access to VIP rooms exclusively for VIP customers at all V-ITALY showrooms nationwide.
• Direct connection with the specialized VIP Customer Service system when calling the Customer Service Hotline.
• Various exclusive privileges and benefits, custom-designed each year, will be directly introduced to VIP customers by V-ITALY.
2. Registration Conditions:
Customers must meet one (1) of the following two (2) conditions:
• Customers who have received a VIP card under the old format (customers must provide the old card to the sales staff at the time of finalizing the order).
• Customers with one (1) invoice of purchase from the V-ITALY system with a payment value of 500 million VND or more (this policy applies from the first qualifying order for card issuance).
3. Registration Method:
• To register for the card, please provide accurate and complete information, including: Full name, ID number/CCCD, Phone number, Contact address, etc.
• Sales staff will assist customers in filling out the attached form and send the information to the Customer Service department to issue the card.
۞ Note:
+ The VIP DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP card is only applicable to customers who have been issued the card (it cannot be lent to others).
+ The VIP DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP card is only valid for use at V-ITALY showrooms nationwide.

**Privileges for Partners and Customers Using the Affiliate Card**
1. **Benefits**
Affiliates (CTV) who refer customers to purchase at all V-ITALY showrooms will receive a commission on the total payment invoice of the referred customer as follows:
+ CTV will receive 5% of the total payment invoice for invoices under 300 million VND.
+ CTV will receive 7% of the total payment invoice for invoices of 300 million VND or more.
2. **Conditions for Application**
The CTV must present the card to the sales staff, accounting, or the person responsible for order placement at the time of order creation when bringing the customer for purchase.
3. **Registration Method**
- To register for an affiliate card, please provide accurate and complete information, including: Full name, ID number/CCCD, Phone number, Contact address, Bank account number, etc.
- Sales staff will assist CTV in filling out the attached form and send the information to the Customer Service department to issue the card.
۞ **Note:**
+ CTV will only receive privileges when the card is presented to the sales staff. V-ITALY will not consider any exceptions.
+ Commissions are only paid when the delivery is made and the customer has paid in full.
+ The affiliate card is valid for use at V-ITALY showrooms nationwide.
+ The discount policy does not apply simultaneously with other current promotional programs.
+ CTV commissions will be paid via card or cash.
**Effective Date**
- This policy is effective from September 2, 2022, until further notice.
- All previous related policies are no longer valid.
