In 1968, the Barazza group was founded with the ambition of creating quality kitchen appliances from the steel readily available in the Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto region. The group operates a large workshop in Salgareda di S.Luca di Piave, an area renowned for stainless steel production in Italy.
The main material behind Barazza kitchen appliances is stainless steel, a critically important material ensuring the sturdiness, safety and hygiene of kitchen equipment. Barazza specifically chose AISI 304 stainless steel, containing 18% chromium and 10% nickel, providing excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and antibacterial properties. Barazza aims to create ergonomic products that are simple and intuitive, easy for users to understand and operate. Thanks to these outstanding qualities, Barazza products are trusted by many European households and can be found in some of the world's most prestigious hotel and restaurant kitchens. The products have received very positive feedback from renowned Italian chef Andrea Spagoni and American chef Emeril Lagasse.
After 50 years of development, Barazza is present in more than 30 countries and is a leading European brand — the 3rd largest brand in the world in the kitchen equipment industry.
